FAQ



Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 50 pieces per design and a minimum spend of $250 per order. This is due to the amount being most economical to print. Reception stationery orders are dealt with as separate orders and therefore the minimum spend applies again.

Should I order extra invitations or can I get them later?

Yes! We suggest you add at least 5-10 extra invitations to your main order to accommodate any additional guests and allow for any errors in handwriting the guests names (if applicable). Additional printing later on for a small amount can be very costly.

Are envelopes included in your price?

Yes, envelopes are included with all stationery pieces that require one. You may chose from white, black or natural kraft envelopes.

How far ahead of my wedding should I be ordering stationery?

Ideally, you should place your order at least 2 months before you require your invitations (the longer we have, the better!). At different times of the year, we can get extremely busy and so in order to ensure the process runs smoothly, we need to book your time in advance. If you have a tighter time frame, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

When should I mail out my save the dates and/or wedding invitations?

Save the dates are typically posted up to a year before the wedding date. However, timing will vary for each couple depending on factors such as how many of your guests will require travel arrangements. Most couples send out their wedding invitations 6-8 weeks before the big day. Don’t forget to consider the time it will take to stuff, stamp and address your envelopes.

Can you design other stationery items that we require?

Absolutely! Once you have chosen your design, we can make many other items to match. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I use one of your wedding designs for a birthday party invitation?

Of course you can. Please specify this when you place your order and we will adjust the layout to suit.

What paper stock do you print on?

We take great care in choosing our papers. We want your invitations to feel beautiful to hold so we use soft, subtly textured 330gsm stock in matte white or ivory. Our paper is also 50% recycled and certified carbon neutral so you can look after the environment while you celebrate your special day!

What kind of printing do you use?

All our products are professionally printed here in Australia on an Indigo digital press. As many of our designs are hand painted, digital printing provides the best possible result.

What if I need to cancel my personalised order?

After placing your personalised order we will email you to confirm the details of your order. Once you confirm the details are correct, your order is non-refundable.

Can I change the font on my chosen design?

Yes, if you prefer a font from one of the other products you have seen on our website, please let us know and we can incorporate it into your design.

Can I change the colours on my chosen design?

Ink colours can be changed on the Tivoli, Enchanted, Appleby and Nantucket collections only. If you can send us a sample of the colour you would like, we will do our best to match it. Additional charges will apply.

How do my invites come?

Each component of your order will be carefully wrapped. Please note that we do not package each individual invitation into envelopes or stick address labels onto envelopes. This is a fun job for you and your bridesmaids to do together!
